Up to Four-Week Wait for IPod Shuffle
The demand for Apple's new IPod shuffle is such that customers who order one may have to wait up to four weeks before their order can be filled. Perhaps I'm missing something but the Shuffle doesn't seem all that special to me. There are a lot of similar MP3 devices for similar prices, some of which have more features. So instead of waiting four weeks people could just go get one of those with no wait. But because anything related to IPod is so hot and trendy nothing else would be an acceptable substitute for many folks.
